1 lb white American cheese (white velveeta works too), cubed
1 can Rotel (I like hot)
Instructions
In either an electric fondue pot or a sauce pan on the stove, heat to medium. Once hot, add the chorizo and brown for 2-3 minutes, stirring frequently.
Add in the cubed cheese and Rotel tomatoes and stir until combined.
