Jalapeno Ranch BLT

A while ago my friend Nicole over at Daily Dish Recipes posted a simple recipe for Ranch BLTs. At that point I had a “why didn’t I think of that” moment. I grew up loving BLTs but hating mayo, for years I have been ordering BLTs hold the mayo with a side of honey mustard. Now honey mustard on a BLT is good, don’t get me wrong, but when I saw her post about ranch. I was sold. Is there anyone who doesn’t like ranch? And do you know what is even better than ranch, in my book, jalapeno ranch! I think it was sent from God.

So thanks to that one little post I have been a jalapeno ranch BLT eating fool. I blame Nicole for those extra pounds that I am now trying to lose.

I currently buy the Naturally Fresh Jalapeno Ranch every time it is on sale, but one of these days I’m going to conquer homemade, maybe even homemade light jalapeno ranch. But if jalapeno ranch just isn’t your thing, you can use regular ranch. I promise it will still be delicious.
