Would you believe I almost decided to sit this #SundaySupper out. I couldn’t think of any holiday appetizers to make since I just covered a bunch last week. Then I thought, well I don’t need to do an appetizer, the theme is appetizers and drinks so why not a drink. Pomegranate came to mind as a winter/Christmas flavor and I just happened to have a bottle of Stoli White Pomegranate Vodka. So at 10:30 AM one morning I whipped up this little cocktail and then stuck it in the fridge to enjoy later.
If you are in need of some drinks or appetizers to serve at your upcoming holiday gathering. Check out all of the recipes by the #SundaySupper crew below.

In honor of the Sandy Hook victims and their families, we have cancelled our regularly scheduled#SundaySupper Chat this week.
Let this be a time when we renew our faith in the power of love and realize the importance of time with our families.

I love both pomegranate and cosmo’s so this is looking like a winner for me! I didn’t know they sold pomegranate vodka, I need to get out there and buy some!
It has been ages since I had a cosmo. Mainly because they seemed a bit too sweet but this one sounds just right with the pomegranate.
So pretty! Sounds delicious, love pomegranate drinks!
Gorgeous drink! I love cosmos!

I love Pomegranate and I didn’t realize that they made Vodka infused. I will have to go out and get some for my new years celebrations.

Oh yum, this would be a very good sipper for the holidays!!
There’s a restaurant here that serves this fantastic drink – and now thanks to you, I have a recipe for it. This is a perfect holiday drink!!
Mmm….this cocktail looks simply gorgeous. I have been waiting all week to see this one since I saw your sneak peek picture
This is very unique, I never had pomegranate vodka, but I love both of them on their own!

Ooh, I’m going to look for this vodka!
Wow! This is one stunning cocktail!
Your drink looks perfect for the holidays!
You know I often forget about pomegranates at Christmas but you are so right they are a perfect holiday flavour. This drink sounds wonderful.
I can definitely see these being far too easy to drink. Even at 10:30 in the morning… ;P
Delicious and beautiful. I want one now (it’s only 9:50am…oops)
Mmm, I love cosmos and adore your twist by using pomegranate. Of course you just happened to have a bottle of stoli lying around
I echo everyone’s sentiments by saying I wish I had a tray of martini glasses filled with this right now (it’s past noon on a Monday so I think I’m entitled). Happy holidays!
Looks delicious!!
Like this easy & simple drink !! Lovely pic too !
A little late visiting all of the Sunday SUpper posts, but this sounds delicious, and I love the photo.
